Denise was great to work with on the sale of my mother's house, in Bangor, as PR of my mother's estate. I live in York County; not near Bangor. Denise's initial market analysis was very detailed and well done. The Bangor real estate market isn't quite the same as the York County market, where buyers still routinely compete to bid the highest amount over asking to seal the deal. But in the more traditional market scene that prevails up there, we did very well. There were a number of glitches and fixes that needed to be addressed along the way to satisfy the demands of proposed buyers. Denise was a great help navigating all that, allowing us to get done what needed to get done, and to get it all done and over with relatively quickly. Thanks Denise!

My daughter and son-in-law bought a house in York County 4 years ago with help from an agent from this group, Jon Safford. They liked him enough that I asked asked Jin for a referral to sell a house in Bangor. That's how I came to work with Denise Reed at Massiello in Bangor on the recent estate sale of my mother's house. Denise was also great to work with. What's not to like about that?

At this point, Denise is like family to me. She’s helped me buy two homes and sell one. She’s always accommodating, always so sweet and kind, and is always there to answer my questions when I need help: even on the weekends! I highly recommend her.

5 stars isn't enough. Who do we need to talk to so we can give Denise a sixth star? Let's make that happen because she deserves it. You want adjectives? I got your adjectives right here. She's professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and splendiferous. You're probably wondering what splendiferous is. I can't explain what it is, but Denis is it. Are you selling a house? Go to the store and get yourself some Denise. Works like a charm. Seriously though, Denise was great and we're glad she was with us through the emotional roller coaster that was selling our house. A thousand huzzahs for the mighty Denise!

Denise Reed went above and beyond at every step of this process. She showed our property in the best possible light by taking excellent pictures, she was always available and quick to advocate for us.We have not one complaint with her and would use her as our agent again without hesitation
