While this process wasn’t as straight as we had hoped, Diane was able to keep me calm and relaxed thought the sale. She was excellent at explaining every step along the way. She also was on top of every step and kept me up to date; communication was excellent. Her up-beat positive attitude was a joy. Can’t say enough about this positive experience.

Diane was so helpful in the sale of our family home. She made every step easy and was on top of every detail. She didn't just help us sell our home, she walked us through the process, step by step. She advised us on how to prepare for putting it on the market, get ready for showings, prepare for the closing and helped us through the move to our new home! I can't recommend Diane enough. She is a professional and knowledgeable realtor who really loves her job and cares about her clients and their families.

Diane was great to work with! Back in 2013 she found my house for me and this year she sold my house. She is always friendly and pleasant and was quick to respond to any questions I had. She was very organized and efficient. She made a special effort to have the closing when it was convenient for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house!
We were put in touch with the Masiello Group by our listing agent. Diane Jousset was assigned to us based on our search area. We met Diane for our initial search of Bow and Hopkinton, NH and felt that she not only had a tremendous understanding of the area, but that she really 'got' us and understood not only what we were looking for but what was important to us.
