Edie is thorough and fantastic with process guidance. She's got excellent historical knowledge and a get it done personality. After working with her to but my home I felt I had no choice but to work with her again to sell.

Edie was amazing to work with! Answered all my questions and was available when I needed her. She also did an amazing job with letting us know what needed to be done to our home so we could sell it at a great price! The entire process was smooth and easy, thanks to Edie.

Edie was wonderful. We started looking in person and then were buying from 1,000 miles away and asking family to look at homes while Edie took us through on FaceTime. She was patient with our process and very helpful at every stage of the process. We are delighted by our new home and couldn’t be more grateful to Edie for helping us get there. And she was fun, too!

We looked for several months on our own contacted another realtor from a different agency who was rude and incompetent but Edith restored our hope and within a month we found the house/farm of our dreams!! Great for equine owners looking for a farm she's knowledgeable and experienced. We adore her kindness and personality is refreshing. Thank you Edith for everything
