Elaine Pelletier was the best to work with. She was professional, returned calls promptly, and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she was able to get it quickly. But what we really appreciated about Elaine, was her easy and caring manner leaving you feeling like she was a friend and was doing everything in her power to make things easier in this life transition.
