EJ was a very down to earth person, he was very professional and explained everything in a way that we understood how things worked. He went out of his way to help us with setting up what we needed to do and took a lot of the worrying off us. He was a phone call away. He made us feel comfortable through the whole process, it was nice working with him,he treated us with kindness and respect and kept us updated and informed at all times .

Our realtor was amazing! He helped set up searches for us so we would know exactly when a new house meeting our criteria came on the market and go see it ASAP. They'd help us go through the disclosures and maintain a better understanding of what life in the house might be like. They helped us notice potential red flags in some of the homes that would require consideration but also reassured us that some of our concerns were not necessarily as daunting as we may have initially thought. They were very patient and had no issues to explaining everything to us from start to closing. They also referred us to a great mortgage loan officer, inspector, and title company to help us through the process as smoothly as possible.

In a world of deceit and corruption, it is difficult at best to find honest, hard working, and trustworthy people to work with. E,J, Demers is certainly the epitome of all of the characteristics you would find desirable in a Broker/Agent.
In looking for a home in an area where the pickings were slim, it took us over a year to find that 'right' place. In all that time E.J. lugged us around from showing to showing while never letting the smile leave his face.
