Evan did a fantastic job all the way around. His strong suit is definitely communication. He was always right on top of making sure I had all forms signed and returned promptly. I also truly appreciated that he kept me updated on inspections and always responded promptly to any questions I had or even when I was messaging him about changes I had made to the property that needed to be made. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Evan Cyr from Better homes realtor was absolutely outstanding very patient and he is truly passionate and very caring it took almost 2 years to get where we are today they’re really are no words to express my gratefulness for Evan being my realtor. When I got frustrated with things with the house, he sat with me with a big smile and reassured me that everything was gonna be OK and work out just fine numerous times he said just trust me, Venise I’m here to help you. in point you in the right direction it was a long two years and he never gave up never walked away. Never got frustrated. Never got discouraged and because of that, I will always be grateful for having Evan as my realtor and having a man like him be as passionate about his job and what he does it’s not about the sale. Evan was so helpful through the whole process and made sure to keep me on schedule for showing my house. Evan also took the time to research the market and inform me of the best listing price to sell at the most possible profit while making sure it sold quickly. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received.
