Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Faith is very knowledgable about all aspects of real estate. She worked with me to find land that met my goals, driving out on some questionable roads, talking with the selling agents to find answer to questions about the properties. The closing went smoothly with no issues. I would highly reccomend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell homes or land.

Faith has been absolutely wonderful to work with. This housing market certainly isn’t easy but we finally found a house we loved. She was easily reachable at all hours when I had questions or needed help. She set up our appointments with the sellers agent and was very flexible. She took great care of us and I will recommend her to anyone!

We wanted a real estate dealer with integrity. Faith was that person.
It was easy to give Faith a wonderful review and check off the highest rating in each category. Usually, I pause when doing these- but not with Faith. Add 'sense of humor' and you've got a true picture of a very nice person and great agent.

We relied on Faith completely. As we worked through the anxiety and stress of owning and maintaining multiple homes Faith kept us grounded. Her counsel regarding selling price, dealing with offers and negotiating saved us thousands of dollars. She was positive and professional throughout the process. All our inquiries were dealt with rapidly and to our complete satisfaction. A terrific experience for us !

We met Faith 2 years ago, as we moved to Maine from TN. We put a house under contract, but it fell through last minute due to uncleared liens. Faith worked furiously in the weeks leading up to that closing date, communicating with the other realtors and seller's attorney. When the deal fell through, at no fault if Faith's, she did everything she could to try to find a home for us. When we arrived, with just a suitcase because our belongings were already in storage, she literally gave me the raincoat off of her back so I wouldn't have to buy one. For the next 2 years, she continued to email us listings and would call whenever she found one that we should see. This spring, she found the perfect house for us. There were multiple issues that we encountered through this process, regarding the sellers, seller's relocation company, inspection issues and poorly done repairs etc... and Faith stood by us through each step of the process. Faith was a strong advocate and voice for us and really did an amazing job getting us through the many obstacles that kept popping up. We are fairly certain that Faith's ceaseless efforts are the only reason we now have a new home. I cannot recommend Faith enough. She is amazing at what she does, is extremely personable and is highly professional and knowledgeable in all things real estate. We cannot thank her enough for her patience and help in finding us our new home.

We have used Faith Morse for two home sales. She is always professional and worked very hard to sell our property. She constantly kept us updated on what was going on. During our last sale she went above our expectations, logging many hours working to help us solve a title issue. We would strongly recommend Faith as your next real estate agent!

I was moving up from North Carolina to Maine so there were a lot of stressful factors on my plate. I didn't know the area at all and did not know any people in the area. This is also the first house I have ever purchased. Faith was recommended to me by my new boss and it was truly a blessing. She was so helpful and she helped me understand every step in the process. Most importantly, she has an amazing and friendly personality that made me feel completely comfortable through the whole process. She helped me buy my dream home and I'll be forever grateful!!

I had never been through a sales process before, and Faith was very helpful and got back to me immediately to answer any questions.
I am very happy with the sales price and how quickly the property sold.
