We met Faith 2 years ago, as we moved to Maine from TN. We put a house under contract, but it fell through last minute due to uncleared liens. Faith worked furiously in the weeks leading up to that closing date, communicating with the other realtors and seller's attorney. When the deal fell through, at no fault if Faith's, she did everything she could to try to find a home for us. When we arrived, with just a suitcase because our belongings were already in storage, she literally gave me the raincoat off of her back so I wouldn't have to buy one. For the next 2 years, she continued to email us listings and would call whenever she found one that we should see. This spring, she found the perfect house for us. There were multiple issues that we encountered through this process, regarding the sellers, seller's relocation company, inspection issues and poorly done repairs etc... and Faith stood by us through each step of the process. Faith was a strong advocate and voice for us and really did an amazing job getting us through the many obstacles that kept popping up. We are fairly certain that Faith's ceaseless efforts are the only reason we now have a new home. I cannot recommend Faith enough.
