We contacted Gerry to sell our home when we went under contract for a new construction home out of state. The new build was to take 3 to 4 months but finished over 5 months later. He patiently waited to advertise until we were ready to move out. His knowledge, strategy, and solid advice sold the residence within a week at an excellent resale. Gerry’s professionalism represented us so that our interests were always put first but with respect to the buyers. Excellent realtor we would recommend for any real estate transaction.
