Heather was nothing short of amazing. I have never sold a house before and she made the process seamless. She walked me through every step and stayed by my side through it all. There were some hard days and it felt almost impossible to find the right buyer. Heather would call and reassure me that my time would come. Finally it did, and on the final days of having to clean out my house, she went above and beyond and stayed quite some time to help me clean and pack the remaining things up. She really took care of me, not only as a client, but as her friend. If I could give her a million stars, I certainly would. Heather, you are amazing!!!

Heather is always positive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. If she doesn’t have the answers at hand, she lets us know and then works on getting them as fast as she can and as detailed as she can. She has a vision for all situations and thinks outside the box which greatly helps in opening up ideas that never even entered our minds! Heather was a dream to work with! From the first phone call with her we knew we were in good hands. As first time home buyers we were looking for a lot of guidance and had a lot of questions. We had such a great experience working with Heather. She was incredibly communicative and made the whole process so much less overwhelming — especially with a cross-country move and downsizing! She arranged several days of house tours and helped us understand the local market, which was very different from what we knew in the Midwest. Heather was always accessible, patient, and full of great advice — even when I sent a few too many anxious texts. She also made negotiating the contract and working with the title company feel easy, handling all the details like a pro. Even after closing, she checked in on us, showing how much she genuinely cares. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
