When I started searching for property a lot of the brokers that had property listed did not return my phone calls nor answer my emails. Jim took the time to not only return my calls but replied to all my emails as well. He photo copied all of the documents and sent them to me via email in PDF form. He took the time to come with me for a septic inspection, something he really didn't have to do and gave me names of people including the Winchester, NH building inspector, the original water well installer and so on.
