Jeanne helped me find the perfect home. It wasn't easy, because it was in a time when there was a lot of competition for houses and even though we offered more than asking we'd lose to someone else. Jeanne spent evening and weekends running all over southern Maine with me and was always happy to do it. Jeanne also spent countless hours without me doing research and drawing up offers. Jeanne was great. In the very competitive Portland market, she worked quickly and with a sense of urgency to create a list of homes that met our requirements and arrange showings. Once we determined which home we wanted to purchase she provided the information we needed to prepare an offer and submit a winning bid. Next time we are in the market in the area we will definitely be working with Jeanne again.
