It can be hard to find a realtor in Maine. When I found Jessica, I was delighted! She was well-versed in issues specific to Maine, had seen and sold her fair share of fixer uppers (dream homes with a view!), and was rock solid when it came time to negotiate. She remained open-minded when dealing with challenges and was very adept at navigating the system on behalf of the buyer. She attended every inspection, test, appraisal, etc. that a home buyer would want or need, and went far above and beyond for this client. We did a great deal together and I'm sure she'll do many more, further beautifying Maine's coastline along the way!

Jessica was professional, responsive to our questions and very knowledgeable of the Jonesport/Machias area. The whole process was quick from searching to closing.
