Steve Your question is ambiguous, since it sounds like what my considerations were before I interviewed Joan to decide if I wanted to sign up with her. I needed to see a local lawyer about selling my home. He highly talked about Joan and convinced me to sign up with her. After having Joan as my realtor, I fully understand why the lawyer highly recommended her. She was really great, and should hold training sessions for people just entering the real estate profession. As I said in my other comment....... Joan was really great and all realtors should take a lesson from her. Because of a lot of variables out of my and Joan's control, several offers fell through. Joan never gave up and immediately went back to work, not getting frustrated dealing with my property. I think she did 80 showings and certainly earned her commision. As you can see from my comments, I think highly of Joan. I never knew her prior to her becoming being my realtor. So all of my comments are because of how she was as my realtor.
