Joseph Andrews was a fantastic real estate agent. He was very helpful from the first phone call to close and always responded quickly, at most within a days time. When meeting in person he was as punctual as I am - 10 minutes early is on time.
He was happy to walk the larger properties I was looking at, showing up the second time in boots instead of his nice shoes, and great conversation with my girlfriend and I as we discussed our plans at the house we now own.
Joseph was also an efficient middleman between my mortgage company and the sellers, even helping me to pressure the mortgage company to meet deadlines.
