Purchased our home from the Masiello Group, in 2001. Was an easy buying experience. Felt comfortable coming back. Was blessed to have John Caramihalis, as our agent. He was very knowledgeable, and gave great advice. He helped us get the house, on the market quickly. Because of that, interest in our home happened right away. An offer came shortly after. We were anxious to get our home sold, because my husband had to leave the state, for a new job. All of this happened right before the holidays. I was on my own. John helped me find a good handyman, to get our home ready, for a VA inspection. We did very well. Whenever my husband and I had questions or concerns, John got back to us right away. He was awesome at guiding both of us, through the long distance sale process. By Christmas time, I had joined my husband in Texas. There was a few roadblocks with the buyers bank, because of the holiday timing. Was very grateful to have John as our advocate. Would highly recommend him, to anyone and everyone. My family was relocating from Sanford to Tucson. There were issues with the City of Sanford, inspections and other things that came up during the sale. I was 3,000 miles away and John somehow handled every problem that arose. Scheduling septic tank clean outs, roof repairs, City Inspections, building permits, moving furniture John handled all of these issues in my absence. He dealt with unreasonable offers and on top of it all got me a great offer in less than a week. Here I was expecting this to be a six to nine month process.
