My family and I were combining households. That meant selling two houses and buying one house. Further, the new house had to accommodate three children as well as future foster kids. Timing was everything as two of the children had yet to be born and we wanted to be settled before they arrived. And on top of all that the new property had to qualify for a gov.-backed mortgage. Jon drove the entire state of New Hampshire and eastern Vermont with us. We made offers and lost out. Finally we found a property and Jon moved heaven and earth to move the process as quickly as possible because by now we had two new members of the family. He succeeded and we are finally settled in our new home. We would use Jon again and recommend him to anyone who wants an agent who actually cares.
