Jon Safford is hands down the best realtor, we have now used him to purchase our first home and another second farm property. Jon will walk in blistering heat, or freezing cold to venture across any terrain in search of the perfect place for you and your family, I only know this because we did it with him as we searched for about 3 years for the perfect farm location. I worked with Jon and Jess to get my house sold and it went so smooth. Jon and Jess made sure my house was prepped and absolutely sparkling for its debut on the market. Jon did an amazing job with determining the best listing price, assessing what needed to be addressed with the property to navigate a successful and profitable sale. He quickly secured contractors to have the electrical updated in addition to changing the oil tank, All was completed in 3 weeks . The open house was successful and offers were received. From revisions, offers and closing it was less than 45 days. Without hesitation I would recommend Jon as an agent who really works hard for the seller and securing the best price for your property.
