Judy Brossmer was personal, professional and knowledgeable on the ins and outs of selling a home. She was a great asset. The reason I did not give a higher mark was due to the Two Lights Settlement Services. Communication within the organization was lacking and messages were confusing at times. Thank you.

Judy as usual was wonderful and right on top of everything. Always knowing the next step and how to do it, promptly and efficiently. Her contacts for completing the behind the scene tasks were top notch, finishing their work before the required deadlines (due diligence inspections, insurances, title search, closing and moving). Judy listened to my needs and requirements and has shown me many properties over the last two years. My opinion of Judy and her passion for her profession never waivered despite the fact that many properties never got pass their initial showing. The property that I selected as my next home was a "for sale by owner" but, I knew who I had to have, to guide me through the process and contacted Judy immediately. The process from start to finish was smooth and thorough, I am happily settling into my new home.
