Judy as usual was wonderful and right on top of everything. Always knowing the next step and how to do it, promptly and efficiently. Her contacts for completing the behind the scene tasks were top notch, finishing their work before the required deadlines (due diligence inspections, insurances, title search, closing and moving). Judy listened to my needs and requirements and has shown me many properties over the last two years. My opinion of Judy and her passion for her profession never waivered despite the fact that many properties never got pass their initial showing. The property that I selected as my next home was a "for sale by owner" but, I knew who I had to have, to guide me through the process and contacted Judy immediately. The process from start to finish was smooth and thorough, I am happily settling into my new home.

Judy was very pleasant and professional. She helped me in selling my home and the purchase of a new one. She was always available to answer questions and set up visits to possible new homes. A pleasure to work with in a trying situation.

I liked the fact that Better Homes is a national company and at the same time has very experienced agents who know the Belfast area well. Initially I chose Judy Brossmer because she knew my house and had been involved with its sale in the past. But her deep experience in the field beyond that served me well, giving me perspective on the market and keeping a cool head in every step in the process of selling my home. She was very grounded and clear, which is tremendously helpful. With both buyers and seller she was warm and attentive. I would choose Judy again to either buy or sell a home for me.
