Most of the time Julia was with Advisors. I liked her so much as a buyer, I hired her when it was time to sell. I was impressed with her when I was looking to buy that I contracted her as a buyer agent. Continued to be impressed so much so, I signed her as my seller agent. She helped with staging, very responsive and went above and beyond.

Julia went absolutely above and beyond for us as our buyers agent. This seemed to be very much the norm for her!! Not only was she responsive and helpful, answering our many questions as first time home buyers and making the whole process as easy as it probably could be, but her ability to balance being kind AND not letting anyone walk over her or us was an incredible thing. This was ultimately why we chose to work with Julia in the first place. Her kindness, expertise, transparency, and hardworking nature was exactly what we were looking for in a buyers agent. She truly had it all and we couldn't be happier with the process AND with our first home!
