Full disclosure Julie is related to Ben and I. That said she was very communicative and guided us through our decisions. We sold relatively cheap because it was difficult for Ben and I to get time to do any improvements and we essentially wanted it gone. It’s sale will help a family with ties to the island. She did what we expected, communicated quickly , even being out of country during the closing she was there. She dealt with a “project” non conventional mortgage property as well as could be done. Long story short would recommend. 👍
