If you want your home sold fast, Katie will get it done for you! If you’re looking for a home to buy, she’s thoughtful, considerate and actually listens to all your needs to help narrow down your search and find your home. Katie was extremely helpful and courteous in this difficult real estate transaction. She dealt with the situation with professionalism and tact. She was persistent in her efforts with me and the buyers to see that all were satisfied., from contract negotiations to town management difficulties, to closing. She should be commended for her diligence and enthusiasm.

I feel so fortunate that we found Katie Blackwell Miles right at the start of our real estate search. She is such a pleasure to work with.
