I approached Kelly McKenney during a pretty broad and disorganized search. We had no clear idea of where we wanted to land in Maine, nor a clear idea of our budget, nor a list of definite attributes. She was so patient with us while we gathered knowledge about the different communities, water quality of different lakes, areas of commerce, and a sense of our finances. Kelly drove us EVERYWHERE, and always arrived with packets of information, a cheerful attitude, and a genuine interest in answering our laundry list of questions around building codes, environmental protections, tax incentives, and legal maneuvers around dam maintenance. What she didn't know off-hand, she followed up with in an email. We thought we found the right property, and Kelly met us multiple times to walk the property and house to be sure. In the end, we walked away from the offer. I sincerely thought Kelly might get frustrated with us and begin to slow her response times to our future inquiries. That did NOT happen. Kelly checked in continually and encouraged us to keep looking. She assured us that she would stick with us until we found the just-right property. In the end, Kelly came to understand our reasons for wanting to relocate, and the way we wanted to live. She sent us properties to consider that met those criteria even into the winter months when things slowed down. Eventually, it was Kelly that caught wind of something perfect for us - eight months after our search began. Within a week, we made an offer. Honestly, Kelly has become such a trusted person throughout this past year that I miss our communications and her friendship. What a smart, genuinely thoughtful and community-minded human Kelly is, and anyone doing a careful search for their next home would be lucky to have her on their team.

Kelly was my agent over the last 1.5 years while looking for just the right property. I have worked with Kelly McKinney from Better Homes & Gardens Masiello group on quite a few occasions her professionalism is outstanding her knowledge also outstanding I would recommend her services to anyone. She has sold one home for me help me purchase another help me purchase. Some land has also looked at multiple possible homes for purchasing with her always top. Kelly has now been a life saver twice for me! She helped me buy my house in the middle of the pandemic and close while moving cross country in 2020. Now in 2025 she had to step in and clean up a mess of another realtor who left me high and dry after claiming he could sell it in 90 days. She is always realistic about the market and doesn’t inflate the situation to make herself look good. She will always put her clients needs first. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If I even decide to buy property in Maine again, I’ll only work with her.

Kelly was AMAZING! I can't say enough nice things about her. She organized a team of people to help us search for houses all over the state. When we found a very rural one we were interested in she drove well over an hour to show us the house that we ultimately ended up buying. There were lots of bumps along the way as we were trying to sell our house and buy the new one at the same time and Kelly was always the voice of reason during it all. She provided expert guidance and support during the especially anxious times. This is the third house I have purchased, and Kelly is hands down the BEST realtor I have encountered.
