I was responsible for selling my brother’s home in Maine while living in a neighboring state. She came to our first meeting so well prepared, having already done research on the property including obtaining a plot plan and tax records. She was also very knowledgeable regarding selling an estate and understood that I was not in a position to do repairs or make improvements to the home. Keri expertly guided me through the process by providing recommendations for vendors to clean, service the utilities, cut the grass and donate unwanted furnishings. Keri assisted me 3 years ago in the sale of my condo while I was living in Connecticut. She went above and beyond with cleaning, painters, and fixing items in the condo. This week she helped to find my perfect home for me back here in Maine. There were several glitches to my searching for a home, but Keri was always upbeat and professional. Keri provided unlimited guidance on this journey, directing me towards solutions so that the closing went without any problems.
