I loved working with Kerry MacDougall! She listened to my requirements, patiently showed me so many homes, and ultimately helped me figure out what I really wanted, after I talked myself into circles many times. I also appreciated her use of technology--automatically sending me new listings that met my wish list as they appeared on the market. And once I did find the right place, she was excellent at walking me through the whole process and navigating the ups and downs that happened along the way. She made what can be a stressful process, so much easier to take! Thank you, Kerry!

If you are looking for a place in the Mount Washington Valley I highly recommend Kerry MacDougall and the Badger Realty team. I recently relocated from VA. Kerry was my eyes and ears in the MWV. She knew what I wanted and worked to find the right house. In addition to finding the house she recommended several loan officers for a mortage and several local companies to manage the closing. When Kerry was not available the rest of the Badger Realty team stepped up to help me with any questions. You can't go wrong by choosing Badger Realty.

After losing my husband to brain cancer, I needed to build a “new” new for myself. I knew the White Mountain and North Conway area was where I wanted to start. I met with Kerry once, and she picked up on my style and needs immediately. She would be honest and upfront with me every time I would send her a home suggestion. She would give me the pros and cons for each property I would suggest. She truly had my best interest at heart. Kerry is the one who found the home I would buy. She knew what was right for me and my style. Kerry was not going to show or try to sell just “any home”. That says a lot! I would highly recommend Kerry and or Badger Realty to help in pursuit in your buying process.....Kerry was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Flawless process and this was not my first rodeo. Thank you, Kerry!!!!!
