Kiki Katsiaficas has been phenomenal in the process of selling our land. I have two brothers who are also Personal Representatives in my late father's estate. Even though she has had multiple sellers to update throughout the process, she's made it seamless. She emailed, called and met us in person many times. We have other land we will be selling and she will be our real estate agent for all. As a matter of fact, she has another piece under contract right now!
