Laurie definitely went above and beyond to help sell my house at a time when the market was stagnant. She held an open house and got the word out and ultimately found a buyer. Yet more importantly she helped remediate the things the house needed in order to make sure the sale went through, like multiple water tests needed for the loan. She definitely earned her commission! I would recommend her as an agent, she is friendly, honest, reasonable, and easy to work with.

From my perspective, Laurie Smallidge did a great job promoting the property we had for sale. Our lot sold in a short period of time for the asking price. Laurie lined us up with Phenix Title Services, and our contact there was professional and accommodating. All in all, it was a good experience!
