We inherited this home and lived out-of-state (3-1/2 hours away). We were not familiar with any of the local realty firms. We went with Lea St Laurent & the Masiello group under the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. It was important to have someone who was familiar with the area and was easy to work with. We got along well with Lea St Laurent from the first time we met & felt she would be the right person to work with us. Our feelings turned out to be great ones. The house was put on the market in September & we closed in December, just over 2 months. I was going through a very difficult time personally with the illness of my mother & losing her in November. Lea went out of her way to get us all the information and help we needed to get the house cleaned up and ready for sale. I would never had been able to get it done in time for the closing if it wasn't for all her help. She was extremely knowledgable about organizations to donate to and made all the arrangements for us. The house was sold to the first person who saw it and went for over the originally asking price. Couldn't ask for anything better then that.
