We bought a home in August with the help of Linda Gardiner. The process was made challenging by the fact that we were living in TN and wanted to purchase a home in Maine. Also. We had only 1 wk to look at homes and make an offer. Linda made space in her schedule and took us to many homes in the area. The offer was made and the negotiations were handled expertly by Linda. We started on Monday and the house was under contract by Friday! It was an excellent experience.

Linda was great about setting up showings and helping locate properties of interest, but she was invaluable to the process of making the offer and buying the home, keeping on top of everything and everyone involved and making sure I knew exactly what was going on and when things needed to happen. She took a lot of the stress out of the whole process.

We sold our home yesterday through Linda. She was very helpful with suggestions to properly price and stage our home to attract buyers. She was responsive to calls, texts and emails and usually got back to us within the hour. When we were buying she tirelessly showed us many homes and offered wise guidance. My wife and I have used Linda to buy a home and then due to loss of a job, sell the same home 15 months later. Linda is friendly, knowledgeable, accessible an accomplished professional. We highly recommend her as both a buyer's and seller's agent. She knows the Bangor market very well and is enjoyable to work with. Linda helped us through a very difficult messy home purchase which included a lot of family drama. Linda never once blinked and just kept working for us, and in the end we ended up getting basically everything that we wanted. Being a first time home buyer this was already new and scary and Linda made it as easy as possible for us. She was always on top of everything, was quick to always get in touch with us, and was understanding of my long work hours. Linda is the first and only call I make when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Her professionalism and knowledge is of the highest degree. Linda was quick to return calls and emails and had the HUD form detailing the monies needed at closing even before my banker. She guided us through the process negotiated a fair price which was backed up by comps in the area.
