My husband and I are eagerly anticipating moving into our newly purchased dream retirement home in Keene, New Hampshire. Lisa Benoit Hunt, our Realtor with The Masiello Group Peterborough, made this dream a reality. Prior to seeing the home in person, Lisa strategized with us on what type of offer we were prepared to present. After our allotted time to view the home, she communicated with us, providing valuable advice and insight for us to all quickly agree on an offer. Lisa declined to have lunch with us so she could work on putting together the best possible offer, which she successfully accomplished as our offer was accepted by the sellers over 18 other offers! I met Lisa at an open house she was assisting with. I found her to be very friendly and easy to chat with and kept the business card she handed me on the way out handy as I felt I would be calling her. When we met in her office she asked questions to get to know us and what our wants and needs were for our next house. I am sure she understood that our budget would be a challenge to find our perfect house in this competitive market, but she only encouraged us to believe we would find it. We closed on our new home 11 days after our offer was accepted, another testament to Lisa's professional communication methods to provide documentation efficiently and accurately to Great East Title (who were wonderful as well!). Lisa Hunt was absolutely amazing to work with, we worked with for almost 3 years trying to find our forever home and she helped us make that dream a reality! Lisa was always available for questions or concerns we had, she helped us navigate this market with such ease. She always knew what to say when we were starting to feel hopeless in the process. When I needed to sell my condo, Lisa guided me through the whole process and answered every question, even if it was a weekend or evening. She was never too busy for me and I always knew she was in my corner. Lisa's write up and photos for the listing were spot on and I had an offer I accepted within two days. I can't recommend Lisa enough--her knowledge and professionalism shine through and you will love working with her!

As first time home buyers, Lisa did a great job helping us to navigate the home buying process. It is not easy finding the right home this time of year. Lisa was patient with us, offered sage advice, and never made us feel pressured to buy a particular house. After months of searching we found the perfect home and it was in our budget. Without Lisa, the process would have been 100X as difficult. We are grateful for her help and expertise and would wholeheartedly reccomend her to our friends and family.
