I have known and worked with Lori Constant for many years. She has helped me to sell and buy multiple properties in New Hampshire. When I decided to move back to NH, she was the first person I called--I had tucked her phone number in my phone, knowing that someday I might go back, after a long trek around the country. I was lucky she still was working in real estate and that Covid didn't take her down like it did so many other people. Lori was just as I remembered: cheery, friendly, warm, but most importantly--ready to get down to the business of finding me/us our forever home. And all this, while she was "vacationing" in Florida! This didn't stop her in the least! She remembered me right away and had no problems working while she walked down a beach, or after a dinner with family. Nothing stops her. She takes calls all the time, unlike some realtors. It wasn't an easy chore, in the middle of winter in NH, with inventory low and prices high. But my partner and I were ready to leave Connecticut. And she was undaunted. We finally landed on a wonderful place, older, that needed lots of TLC we found out after the inspection. Lori didn't let up working for us to get everything we needed (but fairly and respectfully) with the buyers and their realtor, to make the new place safe and habitable. She knows so many people in the area: inspectors, contractors, etc.--she can always advise. What she doesn't know, she will find out. No question goes unanswered, or is too silly or rattles her. When I was almost ready to toss it in and give up, her calm voice of reason talked me off the ledge. We got through it all because of her, and still she gives. Even in one of my first homes with her, she was giving me furniture from her own home she no longer wanted! This woman is truly a gem. I just can't say enough about Lori and the team she has surrounding her. All the folks she works with are kind, effective and make sure you are well taken care of. There is no other realtor like her, because she is simply a decent human being. Thank you Lori Constant!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Lori. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make my homebuying experience a success. I sincerely enjoyed working with her on a personal and professional level. I will be sure to recommend her to friends and families who plan on embarking on their own home buying/selling ventures.

Lori helped me find a house for nearly two years! She made the process easy with her extensive knowledge of home buying and financing. Lori was willing and ready to help us from the moment I called her. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area and she quickly learned what my wife and I liked in a house and made appropriate suggestions. Lori went above and beyond in every aspect imagineable and even further in some ways I wouldnt have imagined from an agent.
