Lou was referred to my sister, Pam and I, when we needed to sell our Mother's home. Lou went above and beyond, always available to answer questions, even when he was on vacation. He was extremely professional and explained each step, thru the open house, multiple offers and was so patience while signing paperwork on-line. Our interaction with Lou during the sale of property was phenomenal. His expertise guided us through a process where we had little knowledge regarding the rules of dealing with Real Estate. We were very impressed with his recommendations and alternatives throughout the transaction which made it easier for us to understand each step to fruition. His constant phone calls and visits during this time made us feel we were on top of the sale from the beginning to the end. If we ever have to deal with Real Estate in the future, we will definitely call Lou.

Lou was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor. He was professional, respectful, timely and really went out of his way to help Mom downsize and prepare for a big move. Even after we moved Mom to her new home, Lou continued with us to ensure the move of household goods went smoothly, final cleanup was fantastic, closing went well with the title company, and helped us with last minute items that were required with the buyers. Lou even helped with mail after closing as we figured out what Mom had on subscription order but couldn't remember. Working with Lou was like having an incredible brother who was an expert in his profession and an exceptionally caring family member. We would recommend Lou every single time! Thanks Lou.
