From the beginning to end, Mark was very helpful.
At our first meeting, Mark took the time to explain the purchase process of buying a home. He went over paperwork and reviewed the purchase and sales agreement upfront to make us familiar with the terms ahead of time.
Mark showed us several types of properties including condos, bank owned properties, fixer uppers, and a tiny house.
One of the very first homes Mark showed us was a foreclosure. He was very knowledgeable about foreclosures and the process for buying a foreclosure. He pointed out potential issues that we should be aware of when buying a foreclosure. His knowledge helped us avoid purchasing the wrong house.
Mark was very respectful of our time by being prompt for showings and he always got back to us quickly when we had any questions.
He helped us with finding a home inspector who we were very happy with.
