We worked with Martha for over a year and a half. We were building a home in Litchfield and unfortunately had to walk away from that construction. Martha did everything in her power to represent us and gave us all the information we needed immediately. She was even willing to 'start from scratch' with us and helped us find an entire new development and started the whole building process all over again. I can not say enough about how appreciated we are for having Martha as our realtor.

I contacted Martha on a whim 2 years ago when first considering moving to Nashua. I wanted her to show me a house she had listed on Zillow. While she wasn't able to show me the house that day, she agreed to met with me and she told me a lot about Nashua and gave me some listings to drive by to see various neighborhoods. We rented for a year and then when we were ready to start searching for a home we contacted her to be our agent. She was very knowledgeable, nice, and no pressure.
She really knew the process and would take the time to explain to us what was going on. (We were first time buyers.) She paid close attention to what was in the contracts, made sure we kept the dates we needed and was very helpful. She even did work for us while she was on vacation.
