Martha Laitin was a wonderful realtor! Martha put out extra energy on all fronts - meeting every potential buyer at the property and giving a personalized tour of each room, telling stories and pointing out special features. She wrote a fabulous description of the property and that brought many showings. She went the extra mile to make sure I sold my house - shoveling off the deck so potential buyers could step out and see the land; advising me where to place lamps in darker rooms; packing down snow on trails through the woods so buyers could walk there; etc. Martha is the best!

Broker Martha Laitin was patient, knowledgeable and resourceful. Whenever I had a question about a specific property, she responded in a timely matter with many details about the property/owner.
