We first met our listing agent, Martha "Tacy" Ridlon, when we were looking to purchase a home in the Hancock area back in 2016. Tacy represented the sellers, but we were so impressed with her knowledge of the history of the home as well as her passion for the Hancock area, that we decided, should we ever sell, that she would be the number one choice as our listing agent. Tacy kept us informed every step of the way, was accessible, quickly responded to our questions and concerns, gave us 24 hours' notice prior to showings, and was there for every showing and inspection. She even watered our hanging flower baskets when we were out of town for a few days! Tacy's extensive knowledge and experience made the sale stress-free. We cannot recommend her highly enough. If we could give her 10 stars instead of 5, we definitely would!

I would most definitely give five stars to the Masiello Group, especially to my agent Tacy Ridlon. Tacy’s unrelenting loyalty to our home sale, her empathy, and strict attention to detail provided the best possible outcome. The entire process from this sellers point of view was unfamiliar. My feelings, as we progressed could swing from excited anticipation, to anxiety and downright confusion. Tacy was my unflinching guide. I felt both well informed, and protected. tacy was beside me with information, explanations, advice, prompts, and frequent communication all the way...1st contract with you 'til closing. she was ahead of each step in the process of selling my home. she was present for each connection from showings to initial contract offers, meetings with the potential buyer, the inspectors, the contract details and adjustments, final walk thru and the closing. she was top notch in every way... supportive, knowledgeable, professional, wise , always on time, following thru, and kind.
