Megan helped my family find a home in Maine in 2022 while we were still living in North Carolina. Through phone and video, each property came alive as she showed them to us and offered professional insights. When we finally fell in love with one, she helped us snag it despite multiple offers. Brainstorming with us, she offered ideas and approaches, insights and options. Before we made an offer, she sleuthed, uncovering 1980s septic tank permits; researching tax records; and finding local professionals who could help us. On an oppressively muggy day in black fly season, she and my husband climbed and crawled over the rocks and trees of our future 10 acre property, reveling in features and finding boundaries. Her friendship continued as we adjusted to Maine, checking in with us frequently; advising my mom on winter footwear; bringing homemade food when we had flu. I thought it would be so challenging and overwhelming to sell a house out of state. Megan made the process seamless.
