Meg is a very dedicated person and goes over and above to get the job done. this was a long process with many showings. she would water the lawn as needed, she would clean and make cookies during showings. then when the cold weather hit she would stop buy to make sure water was not frozen, make sure heat was ok. all i can say is she is amazing and thank you for everything

Megan listed a piece of land for me in Gilsum New Hampshire. She took the time to understand the LAND and she walked it with me. She took the time to understand the market and what things were worth in selling for. She made a professional presentation and advertised it widely. When people wanted to look at it, she made herself available to show it. She’s accommodating and cheerful and looks for solutions if solutions are necessary. I trust what she says and that she’s honest. I feel like she worked hard for me.

Megan did a great job selling my 6 acre lot in Francestown. The first day on the market she showed it 2 times, walked the entire property with the buyers, and 1 of the families ended up purchasing it within a month. That is amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable and she was delightful to work with. What a nice experience. May you all have as wonderful a time as I did selling my property.

My experience so far with Meg has been nothing more than pleasurable! She is super easy going yet sharp as a tac on the ins and outs of selling a property. I couldn't recommend her enough to a first time buyer or seller or a well seasoned vet.
