If we could give Melanie more than 5 stars, we definitely would. Melanie started working with us at least 4 years ago to find a home in Maine to relocate to. We had tried several other realtors, but could not even get a call back. In desperation, we googled realtors in Maine and her picture popped up. Melanie’s smile was so nice, so we called her and she actually answered! Little did she know what she was getting into with us! Melanie stuck with us and was so patient with us. This January she took so much time with us, sending us information, driving us to see houses, showing us around the areas we were interested in. Finally, when we thought we wouldn’t find anything, she really dug deep and found more properties for us to see. And there it was! She found the perfect place for us. Her dedication to us all the way through to the closing is something you don’t find a lot nowadays. She is an incredible asset to her company. Melanie was great! We had reached out to a few local realtors and ended up going with Melanie. She was beyond helpful, I would definitely recommend her. She went above and beyond, showing us 7 or 8 houses in one day and her knowledge was extremely helpful for guiding us through the process from out of state.

Melanie was friendly, very responsive in communications, and very professional in dealings. I would easily recommend her as an agent for either type of real estate transactions - buying or selling. In our case, the work was made more difficult by the fact that we were not available locally and Melanie helped in dealing with other services like lawn mowing and was still very responsive and timely.
