Don Rice and his team were /are a worthy team to get that role after all these years of self-representation. Without Don and team, this would not have turned out well at all. Although it'll be another 4-6 weeks before my wife and I see our land in Corinna, we know we will love. Don was always there to advise and warn me about rabbit holes in these transactions. I think we avoided great difficulties in 3-4 potential offers. Everything turned out very well, with one exception and that was the Bank's Underwriting Department's lapse of attention. We had a great experience with Mildred. She was very kind, patient, and listened when we said what we were looking for. At first we overlooked the property we purchased. She said we should take a look at this one and I am so glad we did. As soon as we saw the property we fell in love with it. It was perfect and checked our boxes. She is very sweet and a pleasure to work with.
