Selling my home as with most buyers I would suspect, it was a very personal experience. Monica provided a very personal approach to the sale of my home while keeping to good business standards and practices. She made the sale pleasurable by getting excited about the potential buyers and their offers. It is very clear early on when working with Monica that she enjoys her job a great deal. She carried that enthusiasm with her to every face to face meeting and phone conversation I had with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know selling a home.
One time Kit had to come because Monica was personally unavailable and she was very good as well.
Monica went above and beyond to help us out.
