Monica was very helpful and patient with the multiple changes in direction of the sale of my property. She was accommodating, particularly in completing paperwork at times which should normally be her personal time late into the evening or on weekends. I appreciate her friendly, helpful customer service at every step in the process. I am especially thankful for her help on the day of closing when I encountered some difficult issues with the buyer's of my house real estate agent at the walk-through.
