Nancy Falvey, our realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, was fabulous! She helped us sell our house in a couple of days, but since we sold it contingent upon us finding another suitable home, we didn’t close on the sale for another three months. Throughout that time, Nancy patiently stood by us, never once putting pressure on us to “hurry up and find a new house” in fear that the buyers would back out. She just stayed in contact and kept sending us positive, encouraging messages that said not to worry and that we’d absolutely find the right house and all would be well. And . . . we did! I highly recommend Nancy as a realtor and just a wonderful person to know.

Nancy Falvey was amazing. She had the patience of a saint dealing with my husband and I. We had been looking all along mid coast Maine and put in several offers over a 2 year period. We finally just closed on our dream home in Spruce Head. Our area was literally 75 miles along the coast and even with that distance Nancy was always there and made the showings happen , sometimes in a moments notice. Nancy commitment and patience with us never waivered. Her professionalism is second to none. I highly recommend Nancy Falvey!
