This is the third time I have worked with Nancy Proctor for a real estate transaction, and each time she has been excellent. The moment you contact her, you realize you are working with a consummate professional. She really knows her stuff--the market, the best way to show the house, how to make good decisions and navigate all the paperwork. She also is very responsive; you never have to wait to get a question answered or a concern addressed. You just know, from start to finish, that you are in good hands. She is also a pleasure to work with because she is friendly and has excellent communication skills. Finally, she knows the area. She can recommend good people to hire for everything from getting a loan to renovating a house. She is top-notch.
