Let me start by saying, Nancy is hands-down the absolute best agent we ever could've worked with. We were relocated out of state for a new work opportunity. We were given about 3.5 weeks’ notice to move. We worked through a relocation company, which made the process incredibly cumbersome and tedious. Nancy jumped right in and helped us navigate a tidal wave of paperwork, inspections, appraisals, etc. She liaised with the relocation company to make sure we were able to fully take advantage of our relocation package benefits, but that we also adhered to their strict guidelines. She gave us the names of two reputable companies in the area for repairs, and due to their relationship with her they were willing to squeeze us into their schedule despite incredibly short notice and turn-around. Given we were 1000 miles away from our home during the entire process, Nancy actually went to our home when our security system went off to meet the police. She met with the septic system repair folks. She met with our deck repair folks. She truly went well above and beyond what we ever would've expected. There honestly isn't a way to describe how much she did to help alleviate our concerns and stress during an exciting, but incredibly stressful time in our lives. Nancy is truly one of those rare people that go well above and beyond. Her knowledge, responsiveness and down-to-earth, honest personality make her an absolute pleasure to work with and the best bet you can have when involved in a transaction such as this. We truly cannot recommend her highly enough. We both wished we could've relocated her with us to help us find a new home out of state. She is absolutely top-notch - best of the best!
