Nick was attentive and intuitive. I'll admit that I was not the easiest seller to work with. He held my hand when it was required to get things done and made sure to assertively, but professionally communicate to third parties that I should not be pushed. Nick was very clear on when things were time sensitive and when there were things that could wait a day or two to ensure that I did not become overwhelmed during what could have been an overwhelming process. I'd highly recommend going to Nick when it's time to sell your home!

Nick went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We weren't sure where exactly in Maine we wanted to buy a second home and Nick went the distance, literally. We looked at homes all over Maine, from Scarborough to Blue Hill and just about everywhere in between, and Nick was there every step of the way. We live out of state and it was so easy to work with Nick, he was responsive to texts and phone calls and accommodated our last minute schedules and visits. Nick was knowledgable and reassuring as we inspected homes in a range of prices and conditions, from the 1800s to new builds. In the end helped us find the perfect home. We would absolutely work with Nick again.

Nick was great and extremely involved in all aspects of the search and closing process. Brought a number of properties that met our criteria and made sure we were considering all options in our search. He even climbed in a few old farmhouse basements with us to inspect the foundations and beams. Would highly recommend working with Nick and I would work with him again on future purchase.

I started looking for a home in April of 2025 and got connected with Nick Roberts. Nick was extremely helpful with the process of looking at houses, finding one that matches what we were looking for and price range to fit our price range. In may we closed on the house, even after the fact Nick has kept in touch asking how things are going. I would highly recommended Better Homes and Gardens the masiello group and Nick Roberts to anyone that is looking for a home.

Nick is great to work with. He is very responsive and will answer any and all questions you have. Never without a smile and always willing to show you a house on a moments notice, I would highly recommend working with him as your broker.
