Pat was the best realtor I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of Maine and the Housing trends in each town was spot on. Her willingness to help an out of state client by providing videos of her solo home visits and formulating lists of local trades, per home, went above and beyond my expectations. Patricia was wonderful. Her knowledge of the market combined with an approach to her work that is both serious and light-hearted helped us through an incredibly stressful house hunt.
