Pat was truly exceptional! My husband and I used Pat as our realtor when we bought our 1st home in January 2020, so it was a no-brainer for my husband and I to work with her selling our home in November 2024 as we trusted her and we’re so thankful that we did! She provided us with extremely helpful advice and guidance every step of the way during both the buying and selling process. We were impressed with her level of knowledge about the market and pricing, and she helped us to get the exact price that we wanted for our home! Pat treated us with respect, was very attentive to our needs, had excellent communication with us, and she went above and beyond for us! Not only did Pat get someone to come clean out the remainder our home the hour before our closing (because our moving company did not show up as they promised), she also helped us move our items out of the house. She is professional, knowledgeable and willing to put the effort in to help you as the buyer or seller to make the process as pleasant and beneficial as possible. Pat leaves no stone unturned and is always willing to give advise on items which us as the buyer or seller have in working towards the end result. We searched on the internet and viewed the house. On the web site it said Patricia Paquette was the agent to call about the property. Patricia made the whole process so easy from the initial tour to the final closing. She was in constant contact with us and set up all the inspections and closing in a timely manner.
