Working with Pauline Hanson to sell my mother's condo was a pleasure. The whole process was much less stressful than anticipated. For that, I credit Pauline‘s knowledge and experience. At the outset, she clearly explained the steps involved in selling a property. During the time that my family was preparing the home for sale, Pauline was always available to answer questions…… but did not rush us through the process. (And she had an excellent recommendation for a mover, who we have utilized a couple of times.) Once the house was officially listed, things progressed quickly. Pauline was right on top of all of the details, effectively communicating information to us about the pending sale. Pauline went above and beyond the role of a real estate agent I really had no idea on how to handle the sale of my condo and Pauline just handled all the details. A couple of glitches she understood and took care of as I would have no knowledge of what to do but she took care of everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

In May, our sister and I were in charge of selling our mother's house in Hudson. We at first thought we may be able to handle ourselves, but quickly realized it would be a huge task. Pauline hailed from the same development as my mother at Mission Pointe in Hudson, NH and was referred to us to use as an agent. She instantly added strategy and structure to the sell process, all while maintaining empathy and compassion for my sister and I. Pauline was clearly knowledgeable of our market and was our front person for all communications to buyers though she would collaborate and work with us as needed so we were all on the same page. I would highly recommend Pauline for anybody in her market that is looking to sell or buy a home in southern NH.
