Renee was beyond awesome! We had a challenging sell of our house and Renee was always there to make sure where we stood and took the time to help us understand next steps and helped us get the most out of our house and property!! She really made the process smooth for us and always does the homework to know what is going on in the housing market. We have come to Renee multiple times either for buying and selling a house in Maine and would not go to anyone else. This was my second time working with BHG Real Estate but my first time working with Renee. This was also my first time buying and selling at the same time. Renee was amazing to work with. From the first day I met her I knew I made the right decision. I instantly felt like we had been friends for years. My house went under contract pretty quickly and Renee helped guide me through the ups and downs of the entire process. Finding the perfect house for my family took longer than I was hoping as we were in several multiple bid offers. Renee’s expertise really shined through as we were going through the inspections and appraisals. There were many occasions where I was stressed out but each time Renee called and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Renee.

Renee was so great to work with! She was flexible, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. This was our second transaction with her and both times her guidance put our fears at ease and made the process as stress free as possible.
