Rick did an exceptional job , through out the process. This was my first sale of a property and he coached us through everything and gave us good advice regarding preparation of the house , timing the market and pricing. He negotiated expertly to get us the best deal. I would expect to use Rick on all our future real estate deals.

Jackie and Rick did an amazing job! They were very communicative when it came to the process of listing and all the interests people had in our home. With how the market is like today, could have been challenging to sell, however this team made it work and got it sold! We are very happy with the whole process of selling and extremely satisfied with the outcome of the price sold. I highly recommend Jackie and Rick to anyone looking to put their house on the market. I will be recommending to all of our friends and family for when it comes time they would like to sell. You will not be disappointed.

Rick did an outstanding job with the sale of my house. He was always responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. His network of contractors/handyman was really helpful to me to get my house ready for show. I really liked that we did not have an open house and only had private showings. He coordinated 23 showings in two days and we had a contract signed on the third day. Rick was also very knowledgeable of the current housing market. Even when I was skeptical about the listed price (I thought too high) Rick nailed it!! I would 100% recommend him to anyone selling a house.

When looking for a realtor to sell your house I highly recommend Rick Hatton. Rick did an awesome job negotiating with the other party, explaining the paperwork, attending all home inspection, final walk through, also the closing and being there for any small bump in the road. He kept us up to date on the whole process. Anybody that I encounter that is looking to sell their house, I will be recommending him every single time. Thank you for staying on top of everything and helping us find new owners who will hopefully love the house as much as we did. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with selling. Rick Hatton is definitely the realtor to go to. He was readily available for any calls we made to him. When it came to searching for a house, he was there for every showing and helped us find the house we wanted. When it came to selling my own house, he was there for the showing and was helpful and informative during the whole process of selling it. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
